You may cancel your FinalPro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request to help us improve our service.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Trial Periods

For trial plans (e.g., 7-day trials), you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the full subscription. Refunds for trial-to-full subscription conversions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
